Counselor's Check List
- The IDFY test test date is marked on the school calendar.
- Two (2) Parent Volunteers (one male, one female) have been contacted.
- A count of the total number of students is given to Carolyn Angelo, at (337) 437-3124,
prior to the screen date.
- Please note that it is IDFY policy that students who have lost a card, or who already
are in IDFY but want a new photo ID, must be re-tested at the The Pathology Lab.
- Only those students who have never joined IDFY will be accepted for testing.
- A PA system must be set up in the area where the students will be waiting.
- A school official is present for crowd control i.e. Principal, Assistant Principal,
Coach etc.
- All press releases should be approved by the District Attorney's Office. If you
are interested in obtaining approval, please call Laurie Cormier at (337) 437-3432.
