Bathroom Instructions

1. Put blue dye into each toilet that will be used
2. Put plastic cups together by screwing lids on to them
3. Take the paperwork from the student and give them a cup
4. Once the student has finished then he/she can wrap the cup with paper
5. Give the student back his/her paperwork and direct them to the lab table
6. Ask the students to make sure the cap is on tightly
7. After approximately 10 students, flush the toilets and re-apply the blue dye

Students are not allowed to do the following

1. Flush the toilet
2. Talk
3. Wash their hands
4. Wear jackets into the bathroom
5. Bring books into the bathroom

F.A.Q.

• What if I can't go?
  • Direct the student to the closest water fountain
• How much urine do you need?

  • The sample cups should be filled with no less than 1 inch of urine to run the test successfully

• When will I get my card and my T-Shirt?
  • It takes about 2-3 weeks for the results
  • All T-Shirts are sent to the school and the Counselor gives them out
